h55 Terms and Conditions for Pakistan Players

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing h55.plus in any way — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser or any other device — you accept these Terms and all associated policies referenced within them, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. These Terms apply to every interaction you have with the platform.

Your continued use of h55.plus after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. The date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were last updated.

These Terms are written in English for Pakistan players and are intended to be read and understood in that language. If there is any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version takes precedence.

02 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use h55.plus you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. h55 does not permit minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number and any other information requested.
• You must not already hold an existing h55 account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from h55.

h55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — during registration, before processing a withdrawal or at any other time at our discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds until verification is completed.

03 Account Rules and Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your h55 account. This includes all bets placed, all games played and all deposits and withdrawal requests made from your account.

• Keep your login credentials — username, password and any security codes — confidential at all times. Do not share them with anyone.
• You are responsible for any activity carried out using your account credentials, whether authorised by you or not, until you notify h55 of any suspected unauthorised access.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, contact h55 support immediately via the contact details in your account dashboard.
• Each player may only hold one active account. If duplicate accounts are identified, h55 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets placed from those accounts and confiscate any balances associated with duplicate accounts.
• Account sharing — where two or more individuals use the same account — is strictly prohibited.

h55 accounts are for personal use only. Using your account for any commercial purpose, or on behalf of any third party, is prohibited. h55 reserves the right to close any account that is found to be used in breach of this rule.

04 Deposits and Payment Methods

h55 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit or credit cards. Deposits are generally credited to your h55 balance within seconds for mobile wallet methods including JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfer processing times may vary depending on your bank.

• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your account.
• h55 does not charge deposit fees, though your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges.
• In the event that a deposit is credited to your account in error, you must notify h55 support immediately. Any balance resulting from an erroneous credit that is wagered or withdrawn before notification may be recovered by h55.

h55 uses secure payment processing for all transactions. Your payment details are not stored on h55 servers. All deposit transactions are encrypted and processed through secure channels appropriate to each payment method.

05 Withdrawals and Settlement

Withdrawal requests can be submitted from the Withdrawal section of your h55 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account identity verification must be complete before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank account registered in your name.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the Withdrawal page within your account.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Mobile wallet withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are generally faster than bank transfer withdrawals.
• h55 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal at our discretion.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts — accounts not registered in your own name — are strictly prohibited and will be declined.

Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be processed. Your account balance page will clearly indicate which portion of your balance is available for immediate withdrawal and which is subject to active wagering requirements.

06 Sports Betting and Casino Rules

All bets placed on h55 Sports, h55 Bet, h55 Casino, h55 Live Casino, h55 Slots and h55 Bingo are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product. General rules that apply across all products include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. h55 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after confirmation except in circumstances where h55 determines at its sole discretion that an obvious error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or system error during a game or betting event, h55 will investigate and resolve the situation according to the applicable game or betting rules. h55's decision in such cases is final.
• h55 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed — for example where a result had already been confirmed before a bet was accepted.
• For Cricket and PSL markets specifically, abandoned matches and reduced-over games are settled according to the rules displayed on the relevant market page at the time the bet was placed.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to all sports markets and casino games. These limits are displayed on the relevant market or game page.

h55 uses certified random number generation for all Casino and Slots games. Live Casino games are conducted by professional dealers in real time and streamed to your device. All game outcomes are determined by genuine random processes and are not influenced by h55 or any third party.

h55 reserves the right to restrict, suspend or close the account of any player who is found to be exploiting game mechanics, using automated betting tools, engaging in match fixing, arbitrage betting across platforms or any other activity that h55 determines is contrary to the spirit of fair play.

07 Bonuses and Promotions

h55 offers bonuses and promotional offers to players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms that will be communicated clearly at the time the offer is made. General bonus rules include:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only. Eligibility criteria will be specified for each offer.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus will be stated in the bonus terms.
• Only one bonus can be active on your account at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• h55 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel any promotion or adjust wagering requirements at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus and are actively working through wagering requirements will not have those requirements retroactively changed without reasonable notice.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may not be transferred, sold or exchanged.
• Any attempt to manipulate bonus terms — including through multi-accounting, the use of automated tools or coordinated play with other players — will result in immediate bonus cancellation and potential account closure.

h55 is under no obligation to offer any bonus to any player. Promotional offers are discretionary and may be changed, withdrawn or introduced at any time without prior notice, except where a bonus has already been accepted by a player.

08 Responsible Gaming

h55 takes responsible gaming seriously and provides practical tools to help players manage their activity on the platform. These tools are available directly from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum PKR deposit amount per day, week or month. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours after a change request.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total PKR amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification after a set amount of time has been spent on the platform during a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account. During a self-exclusion period your account cannot be reopened early. This tool is designed for players who feel they need a complete break from gaming.

09 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on h55.plus. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any other stage.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to access or interact with the platform in a way not permitted by these Terms.
• Attempting to manipulate any game outcome, exploit software vulnerabilities or abuse promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match fixing or coordinated betting activity with other players.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Depositing funds from a payment account that is not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to withdraw funds to a third-party account.
• Reverse engineering, copying, scraping or otherwise reproducing any part of the h55.plus platform.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

h55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Terms have been breached.
• The account has been used for any prohibited activity.
• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• False or misleading information was provided during registration or at any subsequent point.
• The account poses a risk of financial crime, fraud or money laundering.
• A valid self-exclusion request has been received.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to a Terms breach, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after deducting any applicable amounts in accordance with these Terms.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting h55 support. Any pending bets at the time of voluntary closure will be settled according to standard rules and the resulting balance returned to you.

11 Limitation of Liability

h55.plus is provided on an "as available" basis. While h55 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any losses arising from:

• Temporary platform downtime, maintenance windows or technical failures.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banking institutions.
• Internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Force majeure events beyond h55's reasonable control.

h55's total liability to any individual player in any circumstances shall not exceed the PKR balance held in that player's account at the time the liability arises. h55 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses under any circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms limits h55's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12 Changes to These Terms

h55 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, h55 will notify registered players through a notification on the platform, by email to the address registered on the account, or both. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.

Your continued use of h55.plus after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
